Fee Schedule
Sunny Care Clinic operates on a transparent, direct-pay basis. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and HSA/Flex cards. We do not participate with any insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid.
Level One Visit:
$150
For minor illnesses or injuries (e.g., colds, ear pain, bladder infections).
Level Two Visit:
$200
For more complex concerns requiring additional services (e.g., nebulizer therapy, medication injections).
Level Three Visit:
Starting at $300
For procedures such as simple sutures, foreign body removal, or IV therapy. Final cost depends on the complexity of the procedure.
DOT Physical
$150
A DOT (Department of Transportation) physical is a federally mandated medical exam required for commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers to ensure they are physically and mentally fit to safely operate a commercial vehicle. The exam assesses vital health markers such as vision, hearing, blood pressure, and overall physical condition. Certified results are required to obtain or renew a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
